• Can I register for the SciLabShow 2024 now?

  Registration will be open soon.

• Can I turn up on the day without registering?

  Yes, simply turn up at the East Midlands Conference Centre and we will register you upon arrival.

• Is the exhibition and conference free?

  Yes, this is a free event

• What time does the show start and finish?

  The show starts at 9am and finishes at 5pm.

• Will lunch be available on the day?

  Lunch and Refreshments will be available throughout the day.

• Is there parking available on site?

  Yes, there are two car parks for the EMCC and the Orchard Hotel.

• Does the EMCC have wheelchair access?

  Disabled access is available throughout the Conference Centre.

• Is WiFi available at the venue?

  Yes free WiFi is available throughout the EMCC.
